In “Home Alone,” Do-young opens “Do-young's Cookie Shop". It is expected that Do Young will prepare a gift for Bo Eun by baking 120 cookies and wrapping a 5-piece set of Do Young's comprehensive gift, which is 100% handmade.
On MBC's “Home Alone” (directed by Heo Hang Kang Ji Hee Park Soo Bin Lee Kyung Eun Moon Ki-Young), which airs on May 27 at 11:10 p.m., Do Young's daily life will be revealed as he organizes “Do Young's Appreciation Day".
“I only take essential nutritional supplements,” Do Young says, and shows us his new morning routine. Do-young usually packs a lot of healthy food, from blast furnace water to dried abalone to powdered deer antler mushrooms, but the refrigerator is revealed to be empty of healthy food, making us wonder what has changed.
“I'm baking cookies to give gifts to people who are grateful,” he says, and focuses on making cookies. He makes 120 cookies 100% by hand, from making the dough, rolling the dough out thinly with a rolling pin, pressing it into cookie molds, and baking them in the oven to cool. “It was my first time baking cookies, but I guess I thought there was nothing I couldn't do with practice,” says Do-Young, who is thrilled with the life lessons he learned while baking.
Doyoung divides the 120 cookies into two batches of 60 wrappers, folds them into 60 house-shaped boxes, and packages them in a cute and efficient gift set of five Doyoung Tickets. Do-young succeeds in his gift-wrapping quest, putting his heart and soul into each one, imagining the recipients' reactions. As he plans to make his own deliveries on his bicycle, we can't wait to see where he's headed and if he'll make it safely.
