“Sir. Would you like to play a game with me?” (Gong Yoo)

Netflix series 'Squid Game Season 2' announced its splendid return. On the 1st, the official Korean YouTube channel opened a preview video for Season 2 with the title, "I invite you."

The main character was Gong Yoo, aka 'Ttakji-nam'. He acted out a scene from the CF. He washed up at the appointed time and chose a clean suit and tie in neutral colors.

He put red and blue stickers in his briefcase. He also prepared 50,000 won and 10,000 won bills. Gong Yoo also put a business card for 'Squid Game' in his pocket.

The subway where he met Sung Ki-hoon (played by Lee Jung-jae) in Season 1 also appeared. Gong Yoo looked straight at the camera holding a sticker on the subway. He asked, "Would you like to play a game with me?" and announced Season 2.

'Squid Game 2' is the sequel to 'Squid Game' (2021). Sung Ki-hoon vows revenge and returns to participate in the game again. He has a fierce battle with the frontman (Lee Byung-hun).

Director Hwang will also direct, write, and produce Season 2. Lee Jung-jae, Lee Byung-hun, Gong Yoo, and Wi Ha-joon will appear.

There are also new faces. Im Si-wan, Kang Ha-neul, Park Gyu-young, Lee Jin-wook, Park Sung-hoon, Yang Dong-geun, Kang Ae-sim, Lee Da-wit, Choi Seung-hyun, Noh Jae-won, Jo Yu-ri, and Won Ji-an.

'Squid Game 2' will be released on Netflix on December 26.
