'SEVENTEEN' members Dokyeom and Seungkwan sang the theme song for the trailer of a documentary produced by the BBC studios in the UK.
On October 10 (local time), BBC Studios' Natural History division opened the trailer for "Asia" on its official channel.
"Asia" is a natural documentary series by BBC Studios. It consists of seven episodes showcasing the vast nature and diverse wildlife of Asia.
Dokyeom and Seungkwan performed the theme song for the video, singing, "Let's take a breath together" with explosive vocal power. The Korean lyrics blended beautifully with the grand orchestral music.
The renowned natural documentary filmmaker Sir David Attenborough participated as the narrator. The voices of Dokyeom, Seungkwan, and Sir Attenborough echoed in turn.
The track was completed by Bleeding Fingers Music, co-founded by legendary composer Hans Zimmer.
SEVENTEEN's Woozi and Bumzu, along with composers Jacob Shea and Lorencía Edita, also contributed to the song's production.
Dokyeom and Seungkwan expressed their gratitude through BBC Studios, stating, "We are very honored to be part of this great series."
They added, "(We) have been striving to spread messages of unity and positivity through music," and emphasized that collaborating with Sir David Attenborough and Bleeding Fingers Music was an incredibly rewarding moment.
Russell Emanuel, CEO of Bleeding Fingers Music, praised the collaboration, saying, "Working with SEVENTEEN perfectly matched the 'Asia' trailer in terms of originality and authenticity."
He continued, "Dokyeom and Seungkwan poured immense passion and energy into the music, resulting in an unforgettable collaboration."
"Asia" will be released on the BBC Earth channel. SEVENTEEN joins the ranks of renowned artists such as Radiohead, Sia, and Coldplay in collaborating with this channel's natural documentary series.
Meanwhile, SEVENTEEN is set to release their 12th mini album, "SPILL THE FEELS," on the 14th. Alongside their comeback, they will kick off their new world tour at the Goyang Gymnasium on the 12th and 13th.
