BLACKPINK's Rosé Continues to Dominate in the U.S. with Unwavering Popularity

On November 5 (KST), Billboard revealed its latest chart (dated November 9), showcasing Rosé's pre-release single "APT." at No. 1 on both the Global 200 and Global 200 (Excl. U.S.) charts.
Holding the top spot for a second consecutive week, "APT." has swept Billboard's rankings since its release on October 18. Notably, it reached the second-highest streaming numbers in Billboard's history for the Global 200 (including the U.S.).
Rosé also set a new record for K-pop female artists on the U.K. Official Chart, achieving No. 2 on the Singles Chart (as of November 1) – the highest placement since "Gangnam Style" hit No. 1 in 2012.

"APT." is a pre-release track from Rosé's first full-length album, Rosie, created in collaboration with Bruno Mars. Inspired by Korea's "apartment" culture, Rosé participated in writing and composing all tracks on the album.
Previously, "APT." debuted at No. 8 on Billboard's main singles chart, the Hot 100, setting the record as the highest-charting entry by a K-pop female soloist. It surpassed BLACKPINK's previous record (No. 13 with Selena Gomez).
Upon release, "APT." topped iTunes Top Songs charts in 40 regions, including the U.S., and achieved No. 1 on both U.S. and Global Spotify charts. Domestically, the track achieved a "Perfect All-Kill" on music charts.
Rosé's album Rosie, featuring 12 tracks, is set to be released on December 6.
