The Black Label announced on November 19 that BLACKPINK's Rosé will release her new single, Number One Girl, on November 22 at 2 p.m. KST.
Number One Girl marks Rosé's second solo single, arriving just a month after her pre-released track APT., which debuted on October 18. Like APT., the new single will also be included in her upcoming first full-length album, Rosie. The release is expected to heighten anticipation ahead of her comeback.
Rosé's album Rosie is set to drop on December 6 and will feature 12 tracks, including the unreleased title track, Number One Girl, and APT.. The album promises a more intimate and honest narrative, with Rosé heavily involved in the production. She contributed to the lyrics and composition of all the tracks, ensuring a high level of quality.
Meanwhile, APT. has sparked a major sensation, achieving a perfect all-kill on domestic music charts and reaching No. 1 on iTunes charts in 40 regions worldwide.
