Soobin of TOMORROW X TOGETHER (TXT) will be taking a break.
On November 19, BigHit Music shared a notice on Weverse titled "Notice Regarding TOMORROW X TOGETHER Soobin's Schedule." The announcement detailed Soobin’s temporary hiatus.
According to the agency, Soobin has recently experienced health issues and received medical advice recommending sufficient rest and recovery.
The statement read, "Although Soobin is highly motivated to continue his activities, prioritizing his recovery is essential. After discussions, it has been decided that he will take a temporary break."
Soobin will be absent from scheduled events, including the MAMA Awards, an offline fan event in Japan, the ACT: PROMISE ENCORE IN JAPAN tour, and a fan signing event in Shanghai.
BigHit Music expressed their apologies to fans. "We regret sharing this sudden news that may cause worry among fans and kindly ask for your understanding."
The agency assured fans of their commitment to Soobin’s recovery. "We will do our utmost to ensure Soobin can return to greet fans in good health."
Meanwhile, TXT is set to appear on Japan’s NHK 'Kōhaku Uta Gassen' on December 31, marking their participation as the only K-pop boy group.

We are providing an update regarding TOMORROW X TOGETHER member Soobin's upcoming schedule.
Recently, Soobin experienced health issues and sought medical attention, where he was advised by doctors to take sufficient rest and recover.
Prioritizing the artist's health above all else, we consulted with all members, including Soobin, regarding his future activities. Despite his strong desire to continue, it was decided after thorough discussions that he would take a temporary break to focus on recovery.
As such, Soobin will not be participating in the upcoming MAMA Awards, offline fan events in Japan, ACT: PROMISE ENCORE IN JAPAN, Shanghai fan signing events, and other year-end schedules. We sincerely apologize for this sudden news and any concerns it may cause to fans.
