Actor Song Joong-ki has welcomed his second child, a daughter.

On November 20, Song Joong-ki shared the joyful news through a post on his fan café titled, "Hello, this is Joong-ki." He wrote, "I am currently in Rome and have welcomed another beautiful baby."

His wife, Katy Louise Saunders, gave birth to a healthy baby girl. Song expressed his happiness, saying, "Our lovely princess was born safely. Both my wife and our baby are doing well and resting."

He also expressed his gratitude to his fans. "Thanks to the heartfelt support from Ki Aile (fandom name), many wonderful things keep happening in my life," he said.

Song Joong-ki updated fans on his upcoming projects as well. "I am currently filming the drama *My Youth*. I hope it will be a heartwarming series for all of you," he shared.

He concluded his message with, "I’ll take good care of my family here and return to the set soon. Wishing you a warm and happy year-end. Love you all."

Song Joong-ki married Katy Louise Saunders in January last year, simultaneously announcing her pregnancy. In June of the same year, the couple welcomed their first child, a son, in Rome.

Meanwhile, Song Joong-ki recently appeared in the movie *Bogotá: City of the Last Chance*, which premiered at the Busan International Film Festival last month.
