SM Entertainment's UK boy group, dearALICE, has partnered with a U.S. music label.

On November 27, SM Entertainment announced, "We have signed a strategic partnership with gamma. for the global debut and future activities of dearALICE."

The two parties recently formalized the agreement in Los Angeles, USA. The signing event was attended by Choi Jung-min, SM's Chief Global Business Officer, and Jang Yoon-jung, Co-CEO of Kakao Entertainment, among others.

All members of dearALICE were also present. The collaboration aims to fully support the group in their global endeavors and ensure their growth as artists.

SM, Kakao Entertainment, and gamma. will collaborate comprehensively on dearALICE's debut album, including its production, release, distribution, marketing, and brand partnerships.

Their joint efforts will span across global markets, including North America, Europe, and Asia. Even after their debut, the three companies will work together to ensure the group's continued growth and success.

Gamma. is a rising media company founded by Larry Jackson, former Creative Director of Apple Music, and Ike Youssef, former CFO of Interscope Records.

Larry Jackson, CEO of gamma., expressed his satisfaction, stating, "I have had the opportunity to learn a lot from Korean music. This partnership is forming a creative bond."

He added, "I'm thrilled to collaborate with SM and Kakao Entertainment. Look forward to exciting news from dearALICE in 2025."

Jang Cheol-hyuk, Co-CEO of SM Entertainment, shared, "Through this partnership, we will closely cooperate to help dearALICE grow into globally influential artists."

Meanwhile, dearALICE is set to release their official debut single by the end of this year.
