Stray Kids' Felix showcased intense charisma in a newly released teaser.
On November 27, Stray Kids unveiled the individual teaser for UNVEIL : TRACK Unfair from their upcoming album 合 (HOP) through their official social media channels, with Felix taking the lead.
The teaser featured stunning cinematography. Felix was shown standing alone in deep shadows, strolling through a dense forest, or floating underwater as if lost in the depths of the abyss. Inspired by the classic tale Beauty and the Beast, Felix's expressive performance stood out, with his captivating gaze heightening anticipation for the track.
The album SKZHOP HIPTAPE introduces an entirely new musical style, undefined by existing genres, emphasizing Stray Kids' unique artistry.
The album includes 12 tracks, all crafted under the guidance of the group's in-house producing team 3RACHA (Bang Chan, Changbin, Han). Each member contributed to the album, showcasing their individuality.
The title track is Walkin On Water, while U features contributions from Epik High's Tablo. Other highlights include Bounce Back and a hip version of Walkin On Water.
The album also features solo tracks performed during the group's world tour, including Railway (Bang Chan), Unfair (Felix), HALLUCINATION (I.N), Youth (Lee Know), So Good (Hyunjin), ULTRA (Changbin), Hold My Hand (Han), and Slowly, Together, Us (Seungmin).
Stray Kids have garnered widespread recognition this year, with nominations at major global music awards such as the iHeartRadio Music Awards. They are also nominated for the upcoming 67th Annual Grammy Awards on February 2, 2024, in the Best Compilation Soundtrack for Visual Media category for their track Slash, featured in the Deadpool and Wolverine soundtrack.
Additionally, they secured nominations at the 2024 Billboard Music Awards in categories such as Top Duo/Group, Top K-pop Album, and Top Global K-pop Artist. This marks their second consecutive year being recognized, underscoring their global influence.
Stray Kids will release their new album on December 13 at 2 PM KST (midnight EST) on major music platforms.
