Actors Park Bo-young and Park Jin-young are set to deliver a heartwarming romance.

tvN's upcoming drama, The Unknown Seoul (written by Lee Kang, directed by Park Shin-woo), unveiled its lead cast lineup on December 3rd, confirming the casting of Park Bo-young and Park Jin-young.

The Unknown Seoul is a romantic coming-of-age drama about twin sisters, who are identical in appearance but polar opposites in every other way, swapping lives through a lie that leads them to discover true love.

Park Bo-young will take on the challenge of a dual role, portraying the twin sisters Yoo Mi-ji and Yoo Mi-rae. She will play Mi-ji, a free spirit, as well as Mi-rae, an elite employee at a state-owned enterprise.

Though they may look alike, the sisters couldn't be more different in personality and life experiences. Due to unforeseen circumstances, they begin to lie and ultimately swap lives.

Park Jin-young will portray Lee Ho-soo, a lawyer at a prestigious law firm. With a tall frame, intelligence, and an air of composure, he seems perfect at first glance.

However, beneath his flawless exterior lies a man who has worked tirelessly to live a seemingly ordinary life. A pivotal event from his past brought unexpected changes to his world, and his life takes an intriguing turn when he meets someone unexpected.

The drama is directed by Park Shin-woo, known for popular series like It's Okay to Not Be Okay and Jealousy Incarnate, with a script penned by writer Lee Kang.

A production team representative shared, "Through the journey of twin sisters living opposite lives and Ho-soo finding their true selves, the drama will deliver moments of empathy and excitement. Please look forward to it."

The Unknown Seoul is set to premiere in the first half of next year.
