TWS has proven itself as the best rookie group of the year.

Billboard Japan unveiled its 2024 year-end charts on the 6th, revealing that TWS successfully placed both of its albums released this year in the "Hot Albums" category (excluding singles).

Their second mini-album, Summer Beat! ranked 85th, while their debut mini-album, Sparkling Blue, secured the 96th spot, showcasing the group's unique popularity in Japan.

TWS officially entered the music scene in January. This achievement of entering Billboard Japan's year-end charts is especially noteworthy considering the group has yet to make its official Japanese debut.

Both mini-albums also performed well on Oricon's "Weekly Album Rankings," landing in third and second place, respectively. Combined, the two albums surpassed 1 million sales within just six months of their debut.

TWS recently appeared on prominent year-end music programs. They performed on Yomiuri TV/Nihon TV's Best Hit Kayousai 2024 and Fuji TV's 2024 FNS Music Festival.

Currently, the group is promoting its first single, Last Bell, which was released on November 25. The single debuted at No. 1 on Oricon's daily singles chart on December 3.
