Girl group aespa's Winter (23, real name Kim Minjeong) and boy group ENHYPEN's Jungwon (20) have denied recent online dating rumors.

On the 11th, a representative from ENHYPEN's agency BELIFT LAB addressed the rumors involving Jungwon and Winter, stating to News1, "The rumors are not true. BELIFT LAB will take strong action against any acts that invade the privacy of our artists, generate malicious rumors, or spread such rumors."

aespa's agency SM Entertainment also refuted the dating allegations, calling them "groundless." The agency further warned, "The individual who spread the photos contacted a media outlet, attempting to negotiate for monetary gain. When the outlet declined to facilitate such transactions, the individual maliciously distributed the content. We will take legal action against this behavior."

Earlier that day, photos and a video alleged to show Winter and Jungwon on a date began circulating on social media platforms and online communities. The original poster claimed that the outfit worn by the woman in the photo matched an outfit previously seen in a challenge video uploaded by Winter. They also alleged that the man appearing in the video was ENHYPEN's Jungwon. These claims led to the rapid spread of the content online, though the original post has since been deleted.

Both Winter and Jungwon's representatives swiftly denied the rumors within hours of their emergence, emphasizing that they would pursue legal action against the individuals responsible for spreading the photos and videos.

Winter debuted with aespa in 2020 and has gained immense popularity with hits like "Black Mamba," "Next Level," "Supernova," "Armageddon," and "Whiplash." Similarly, Jungwon debuted with ENHYPEN in 2020 and has released popular tracks like "Bite Me" and "EXO."
