NewJeans continues to set impressive milestones on global music charts.

According to Spotify, the track "Ditto" from NewJeans' single album OMG surpassed 700 million streams on December 11, with a total of 701,116,492 plays recorded.

This marks their second song to cross the 700-million-stream milestone. NewJeans previously achieved this feat with the album's title track, "OMG." To date, the group has 14 songs with over 100 million Spotify streams.

"Super Shy" and "Hype Boy" each boast over 600 million streams, while "Attention" has crossed 400 million. Tracks like "New Jeans" and "ETA" have reached 300 million, and "Cookie," "Hurt," and "Cool With You" have surpassed 200 million streams. Songs like "ASAP," "Get Up," "How Sweet," and "Supernatural" each have over 100 million streams.

"Ditto" is praised for its cozy melody and NewJeans' warm vocals. Upon its release, the track became a sensation, landing on the Billboard Hot 100 and the UK Official Singles Top 100 just six months after the group's debut.

The song also made waves in South Korea. "Ditto" topped Melon's daily chart for a record-breaking 99 consecutive days and ranked first on the platform's 2023 annual chart.

American music publication Paste named "Ditto" one of the best songs of the 2020s, highlighting NewJeans' groundbreaking musical direction and star power.

Nearly two years since its release, "Ditto" remains a staple in the upper ranks of South Korea's major music charts. In Spotify's 2024 Wrapped, NewJeans ranked as the fifth most-streamed K-pop artist globally.

Meanwhile, NewJeans is set to perform at the 2024 Music Bank Global Festival in Japan on December 14 and will appear on TBS's CDTV Live! Live! Christmas Special on December 16.
