NewJeans Members Shine in Hanbok Photoshoot
On December 18, Vogue Korea revealed a stunning hanbok-themed photoshoot featuring Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin, and Hyein of NewJeans on their official social media. The magazine captioned, "Five girls welcome the first month of 2025 in collaboration with Vogue Korea, dressed beautifully."
The photoshoot showcases the members in elegant hanbok, highlighting their timeless beauty and graceful charm. Notably, former Ador CEO Min Hee-jin is credited as the special creative director for the project. Interestingly, the magazine cover does not mention "NewJeans" but instead features the members' English names.
Last month, on November 29, the five members held a sudden press conference announcing their decision to terminate their exclusive contracts with Ador, citing breaches of contractual obligations. They claimed that Ador failed to address the issues outlined in a formal notice within the required timeframe.
In response, Ador filed a lawsuit seeking confirmation of the validity of their contracts. Before this, Min Hee-jin had stepped down as Ador's CEO and resigned from HYBE.
