LE SSERAFIM continues to captivate Japan.
On December 19, Japan's TBS announced, "LE SSERAFIM will perform at the '66th Japan Record Awards,' airing on December 30."
The Japan Record Awards, organized by the Japan Composer's Association since 1959, is one of the country's most prestigious and long-standing music awards.
Last month, the winners for this year's awards were revealed, with LE SSERAFIM honored with the Special International Music Award. The accolade recognizes their outstanding performances on domestic and international music stages throughout the year.
As award recipients, the group will attend the ceremony and deliver a performance. They plan to present the Japanese version of "CRAZY," the title track from their third Japanese single.
LE SSERAFIM has achieved remarkable milestones in Japan, appearing on Billboard Japan's 2024 mid-year charts in categories such as "Hot 100," "Hot Albums," and "Top Artists."
They also earned a Platinum certification in the streaming category from the Recording Industry Association of Japan, with their track "Eve, Psyche, and the Bluebeard's Wife" surpassing 100 million streams.
Following their performance at the Japan Record Awards, LE SSERAFIM is set to appear on NHK's "Kōhaku Uta Gassen" on December 31.
