&TEAM Tops Oricon Chart with New Album Release
On December 18, &TEAM achieved the top spot on Oricon's Daily Album Ranking with their second studio album, "Yukiakari." This marks another chart-topping success following their previous hits, "Samidare" and "Aoarashi,"completing their seasonal series with a stunning winter tale.
"Yukiakari" serves as the finale to &TEAM's seasonal series, symbolizing a new beginning and the bonds of hope expressed through winter. The album encapsulates their year's journey with four new tracks, including the title song "Yukiakari,""Dear Hunter,""Illumination," and "Crescent Moon's Wish." It also features Korean versions of "Yukiakari" and "Dear Hunter."
World-renowned producers, including Vincenzo, Bang Si-hyuk, Soma Genda, Circuit, and Nok, contributed to the album. The title track, "Yukiakari," refers to the phenomenon of light reflecting off snow, illuminating the surroundings. It conveys the aspirations of boys embarking on a new journey. The song begins with an emotional guitar riff and flows into a dynamic melody, while the music video showcases &TEAM's strengthened bond and passionate choreography on a snowy landscape.
To celebrate the release, &TEAM will hold a showcase in Tokyo, Japan, on December 19, continuing their active promotions.
