Son Suk-ku Shares Life Update
Actor Son Suk-ku graces the cover of Esquire, a fashion and lifestyle magazine.
In the accompanying interview, he shared, "For the past two and a half years, I worked non-stop, but now I finally have a moment to rest." He added, "Recently, I went to Singapore for work and decided to go early to take about 10 days off. I walked 8-10 kilometers daily in the city, and it was wonderful. I strolled through crowded areas, enjoyed street performances during the Christmas season, and ate alone at food courts, which turned out to be quite healing."
He reflected, "To act well, an actor needs to be filled with their own unique thoughts. But working without a break left me feeling like I was scraping the bottom of an empty well for ideas."
Son Suk-ku also revealed, "I've been working on a screenplay lately. Though it's far from complete, I've realized that the first step is understanding what I truly want to say."
Meanwhile, Son Suk-ku has completed filming for two upcoming projects: the mystery series Nine Puzzles directed by Yoon Jong-bin, and More Beautiful Than Heaven, in which he stars alongside Kim Hye-ja. Both are awaiting release.
