Hanni of NewJeans recently shared her feelings after an emotional incident involving an overzealous fan.

On November 27, after attending the 2024 AAA awards in Bangkok, Thailand, Hanni returned to South Korea via Incheon International Airport. Upon arrival, the airport was packed with NewJeans fans. During the commotion, a fan broke past security and thrust a letter toward Hanni's abdomen, startling her and causing her to step back in tears. Fellow member Minji was seen comforting her.

Later, through the "Jinnysforfree" Instagram account, Hanni reassured fans, writing, "I'm okay now," and apologized, saying, "I'm so sorry for making you worry."

She added, "I really love having the chance to meet Bunnies (our fandom name). But we can still communicate well without creating uncomfortable or dangerous situations, so I hope everyone remains calm."

Meanwhile, on November 28, NewJeans held a press conference to announce the termination of their exclusive contract with ADOR. ADOR has since filed a lawsuit to confirm the validity of the contract, with the dispute expected to continue into next year.
