Lee Se-young and Na In-woo Awaken the Emotions of First Love

The upcoming MBC Friday-Saturday drama Motel California (written by Lee Seo-yoon, directed by Kim Hyung-min and Lee Jae-jin) has unveiled its character posters on January 2, featuring Lee Se-young, Na In-woo, Choi Min-soo, Kim Tae-hyeong, and Choi Hee-jin.

Motel California is a romantic drama set in a small countryside motel. It tells the story of a woman who grew up in the motel and reunites with her first love after fleeing her hometown 12 years ago, leading to a series of twists and turns.

Lee Se-young stars as Ji Kang-hee, an interior designer whose challenging life is shaped by her mixed-race background and the unique experience of growing up in a rural motel.

Na In-woo plays Chun Yeon-soo, a large animal veterinarian in the small town of Hana-eup, whose life takes a dramatic turn after reuniting with his first love, Kang-hee.

Choi Min-soo portrays Ji Chun-pil, Kang-hee's father and the free-spirited, romantic owner of the countryside motel. Kim Tae-hyeong plays Geum Seok-kyung, a young and wealthy businessman, while Choi Hee-jin takes on the role of Yoon Nan-woo, a veterinarian entangled in a marriage scandal with Yeon-soo.
