SHINee's Key extended a warm gesture to support child patients, donating 50 million KRW with hopes for their recovery.

According to Kyungpook National University Children's Hospital, a donation ceremony was held on the 14th floor of Building 6 at Chilgok Kyungpook National University Hospital on the 30th of last month.

Key attended the ceremony with his mother, holding a banner that read, "Supporting the dreams and hopes of child patients." The hospital is known to be the workplace of Key's mother.

The donation will be used to support the treatment of child patients, particularly those suffering from pediatric and adolescent cancer in the Daegu and Gyeongbuk regions.

This is not Key's first act of giving. He has consistently shown interest in helping child patients, including providing support for their medical expenses in 2019.
