Virtual idol group PLAVE is set to make a comeback.

On January 9, PLAVE revealed the "Coming Soon" image and scheduler for their third mini album via official SNS, officially announcing their return. The new album will be released on February 3 at 6 PM KST.

The revealed image shows a dark alleyway covered in thick fog, creating a mysterious and chilly atmosphere. The album is titled Caligo pt.1.

According to the scheduler, PLAVE will release a variety of pre-comeback content, starting with a concept film on January 13, followed by the album jacket, tracklist, highlight medley, and music video teaser.

This comeback comes after five months. In August 2024, PLAVE released the digital single Pump Up The Volume, showcasing a lively and playful charm. Fans are curious to see what concept they will bring this time.

PLAVE achieved remarkable success with Pump Up The Volume, reaching the top of Melon's Hot 100 and Top 100 charts on the day of release. They also claimed their first No. 1 win on a terrestrial music show. The single surpassed 1 billion cumulative streams, making PLAVE the fastest act to join Melon's prestigious "Billions Club."
