Ha Jung-woo is stepping into uncharted territory—comedy.
On March 6, Coupang Play officially announced, "The '10-million-ticket' actor Ha Jung-woo will be the first host of SNL Korea Season 7, taking on the challenge of delivering laughter on the comedy stage."
🎭 Ha Jung-woo's Comedy Debut
This marks Ha Jung-woo's first-ever appearance on a comedy show, making it a highly anticipated event. The production team teased an exciting transformation, promising "hyper-realistic comedy performances that will surprise audiences."
The actor himself shared his excitement, saying, "I'm honored to kick off Season 7 as the first host. I'll bring my full passion and plenty of unexpected laughs."
🎬 From Comedy Stage to the Big Screen
Ha Jung-woo is also gearing up for the release of his latest film Lobby, a black comedy about lobby golf. Not only does he star in the movie, but he also took on the role of director.
Meanwhile, SNL Korea is also recruiting new cast members, following in the footsteps of rising stars like Joo Hyun-young, Kim Ah-young, and Yoon Ga-yi.
