On March 6, his agency Marummo announced:
"Lee Seung-yoon will be getting married this month. His fiancée is an ordinary working professional who has been a great source of strength for him over the years."

The couple will hold a small, family-only ceremony, keeping the event private. The agency stated, "As it is a personal matter, we ask for understanding that further details will not be disclosed."
