On March 25, JTBC officially unveiled the cast lineup for their upcoming drama Waiting for the Meridian (written by Yoo Young-ah, directed by Lim Hyun-wook), featuring Park Seo-joon, Won Ji-an, Lee El, Lee Joo-young, Kang Ki-doong, and Jo Min-guk.
🎬 A First Love Reunion with a Twist
Waiting for the Meridian is a romantic comedy about a complicated reunion. Two former lovers meet again years later — but now, one is a reporter covering a scandal and the other is the wife of the man caught in that very scandal.
Park Seo-joon stars as Lee Kyung-do, a reporter for Dongwoon Daily's entertainment desk. A shocking affair scandal forces him to reconnect with his first love, Seo Ji-woo. What follows is a series of twists that turn his ordinary life upside down.
Won Ji-an plays Seo Ji-woo, the second daughter of a fashion company CEO. After her husband's affair is exposed by none other than Lee Kyung-do, she faces divorce. But in the middle of her darkest moment, she reunites with her first love — kicking off an unpredictable romance.
