(G)I-DLE's Miyeon & Soyeon donate ₩100M each for wildfire relief: "Now's the time for all of us to reach out"

(G)I-DLE members Miyeon and Soyeon have each donated ₩100 million KRW to support wildfire recovery efforts, joining a wave of artists giving back during Korea's ongoing disaster.

🌲 ₩200M donated to aid victims in Ulsan, Gyeongbuk & Gyeongnam

On March 28, the Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association announced that both Miyeon and Soyeon contributed to help residents affected by the wildfires in Ulsan, Gyeongbuk, and Gyeongnam.

Their donations will be used for emergency supplies, shelter operations, and day-to-day recovery for victims who lost homes and livelihoods.

Miyeon shared,

"My heart broke as I watched the news. I hope this small gesture can offer strength to those affected. I truly wish everyone can return to normal life soon."

Soyeon added,

"I just wanted to offer some comfort. I believe this is the time for all of us to extend a helping hand to those who are suffering."

💡 Not their first time giving back

Soyeon has consistently shown leadership in giving. During last year's devastating floods, she donated ₩100 million for flood recovery and is also a member of the Hope Bridge Honors Club, a community of high-value donors.

Hope Bridge Secretary-General Shin Hoon stated,

"Their donations go beyond financial aid — they represent a sincere act of solidarity that will provide real comfort to the victims."

(G)I-DLE continues to inspire, proving once again that their impact reaches far beyond the stage.
