EXO's Kai to Unveil a New Side Through Afrobeats Performance with "Wait On Me"
EXO's Kai (under SM Entertainment) is set to open up a new chapter in the Afrobeats genre with the performance of his upcoming title track, "Wait On Me."
Scheduled for release on April 21 at 6 PM (KST), "Wait On Me" is the title track of Kai's new mini album. The song explores the beauty of waiting through its lyrics, blending restrained percussive grooves with synth string sounds that heighten the tension, creating a signature Afrobeats vibe.
The performance of "Wait On Me" is choreographed to match the rhythmical nature of the Afrobeats genre, featuring captivating, groove-filled movements.
