BTS continues to dominate Spotify! Their global anthem 'IDOL' just surpassed 500 million streams, marking the group's 15th track to hit this massive milestone.

According to Spotify, 'IDOL' officially crossed the 500 million stream mark on April 8. This makes it BTS's 15th group track to join the half-billion club, following recent achievements like Black Swan.

Released in August 2018 as the title track of their repackaged album Love Yourself: Answer, 'IDOL' took the world by storm from day one — ranking No. 11 on the Billboard Hot 100 and No. 21 on the UK Official Singles Chart.

🪘 A Fusion of Cultures and Beats

'IDOL' stands out with its fusion of South African dance music, traditional Korean rhythms, and EDM-trap grooves. It's a celebration of identity, pride, and artistry — all delivered through BTS's signature high-energy style.

The Nicki Minaj featured version is also doing numbers, currently nearing 200 million streams on Spotify.
