Singer-turned-actress Kim Doyeon is stepping onto the stage again—this time for the bold, one-person play White Rabbit Red Rabbit.
🎤 From Idol to Actress to One-Woman Stage
Fantagio announced on April 15 that Kim Doyeon has been cast in the Korean run of the experimental play White Rabbit Red Rabbit, opening this month at Sejong Center S-Theater in Seoul.
It marks her second theater performance following her debut in the play Anna X. Kim continues to expand her acting portfolio with fearless choices.
🔥 No Script, No Rehearsal, No Director
White Rabbit Red Rabbit is not your typical stage production. The actor receives the script for the first time on stage, with no rehearsals or prior direction.
Every performance features a different actor, making each night a once-in-a-lifetime show. Kim Doyeon will share the stage lineup with top veterans including Park Jung-ja, Park Sang-won, Nam Myung-ryul, Song Ok-sook, Park Ho-san, and Lee El.
💬 What to Expect from Doyeon's Night?
"Kim Doyeon, who debuted in theater last year, has chosen a second stage that's even more challenging and raw," said her agency Fantagio. "Fans can expect to see a new side of her artistry."
Doyeon first entered the spotlight through Produce 101, debuting as a member of I.O.I in 2016. She later promoted with Weki Meki and built a solid career in acting, appearing in both dramas and films.
