Suspect in Park Na-rae Home Burglary Formally Indicted — "Repeat Offender, Now in Custody"

A man who stole luxury goods worth tens of millions of won from entertainer Park Na-rae's home has been arrested and transferred to prosecutors.

🚨 Burglary at Park Na-rae's residence confirmed

On April 18, the Yongsan Police Department announced that they have formally transferred suspect A, a man in his 30s, to prosecutors. He is charged with stealing high-value items from TV personality Park Na-rae's home earlier this month.

📹 CCTV and fencing networks helped identify the culprit

The theft occurred on April 4, when the suspect broke into Park's residence and stole goods worth tens of millions of Korean won. Police identified him through CCTV footage and pawn shop tracing, ultimately securing his arrest.

💬 Repeat offender caught again

Authorities confirmed that A has a criminal record of previous thefts, and had committed another burglary in the same district just last month. Police believe he did not know it was Park Na-rae's home when carrying out the crime.

🧾 Multiple charges, case merged for prosecution

The suspect is also facing charges for trespassing and theft related to his previous crime. All offenses have been merged and forwarded to the prosecutor's office.
