Park Bo-gum is back — this time as a former Olympic boxing champion turned elite police officer in JTBC's upcoming Sat-Sun drama Good Boy.
The production team revealed behind-the-scenes shots from the first script reading, held at JTBC headquarters in Sangam-dong.
The main cast includes Park Bo-gum, Kim So-hyun, Oh Jung-se, Lee Sang-yi, Heo Sung-tae, Tae Won-seok, and more. A mix of humor and tension hinted at a fresh comedic action crime series.
👮♂️ Medalists to Law Enforcers — Fighting Injustice With Badges
Good Boy tells the story of Olympic medalists who join the police force through special recruitment. Swapping medals for badges, they fight against corruption and injustice head-on.
Park Bo-gum takes the lead as Yoon Dong-joo, a gold medal-winning boxer now serving in a police special task force. His piercing gaze and commanding tone brought his righteous character to life at the reading.
Kim So-hyun stars as Ji Han-na, a sharpshooter-turned-police officer with fiery determination. She's set to show off dynamic action scenes and fierce charisma.

Oh Jung-se portrays Min Joo-young, a customs officer by day and mysterious villain by night. His duality brings a dark thrill to the story as the show's 'Bad Boy' opposite Bo-gum's 'Good Boy'.
Lee Sang-yi joins as Kim Jong-hyun, a cerebral and physically capable officer with a calm yet dependable presence. Heo Sung-tae brings laughs as Go Man-sik, the quirky team leader, while Tae Won-seok plays Shin Jae-hong, a solid and stoic team member.
