"Super Magnetic" Charm Reloaded — Global Rookie Sensation Gears Up for Return
💿 New Album Coming in June — The Comeback Is On
ILLIT is officially entering comeback mode.
On April 30, a BELIFT LAB representative told Dispatch, "ILLIT is preparing a new album with a June release in mind."
They added, "More details about the comeback will be revealed soon."
✨ Global Records from Day One
The comeback marks ILLIT's return after 8 months. The group made a massive splash upon debut in 2023 with their hit single 'Magnetic'.
They made history as the first K-pop act to chart simultaneously on both the Billboard Hot 100 and the UK Official Singles Top 100 with a debut song.
The song also became the fastest K-pop debut track to hit 500 million streams on Spotify — achieving the milestone in just 275 days.
🇯🇵 Japan is Loving ILLIT Too
In Japan, ILLIT also broke records — peaking at No. 15 on Billboard Japan's Hot 100, the highest-ever for a non-Japanese rookie group.
Their OST 'Almond Chocolate' for the film 'I Won't Fall for Just a Pretty Face' saw a chart resurgence earlier this year.
They even became the only K-pop group featured in YouTube Japan's Shorts Annual Ranking.
🏆 Rookie of the Year, World-Class Stage Incoming
ILLIT swept major rookie awards across global music shows. With their quirky charm and catchy tracks, they're solidifying their place as a true Gen 5 leader in K-pop.
Even a year after its release, 'Magnetic' remains on both Korean and international charts — proving its long-lasting appeal.
🎤 First Fan Concert in Seoul + Japan Tour Ahead
ILLIT will meet fans in person at their first fan concert 'GLITTER DAY in SEOUL' on June 7–8 at Olympic Hall.
In August and September, they'll head to Yokohama and Osaka for shows in Japan — kicking off a global tour era.
