Byeon Woo-seok's Agency Warns of Manager Impersonation Scam: "We're Taking Legal Action"

Byeon Woo-seok's agency has issued a strong warning against individuals impersonating their staff to commit fraud—and they're prepared to pursue legal action.

🚫 Scammers Posing as Managers

On May 8, VARO Entertainment released an official statement addressing recent incidents involving impersonators pretending to be the agency's staff or managers in order to gain financial benefits.

"There have been scam attempts where individuals pretend to be our employees and approach small businesses, requesting advance payments for things like wine under the pretense of a company dinner, only to then ghost the vendor," the agency explained.

💬 The Agency Responds

VARO Entertainment made it clear that their staff will never request money transfers or ask for product purchases under any circumstances.

"Any such request is a scam and should be reported immediately," they emphasized.

They urged anyone who receives similar contact to verify the person's affiliation with the company before taking any action.

⚖️ Legal Action Underway

"We recognize the seriousness of this matter and are preparing to take legal measures," a company representative stated.
