On May 13, Mnet dropped the first teaser video for Boys 2 Planet, marking the beginning of a brand-new debut project that aims to form the next top-tier K-pop boy group.
The teaser opens with a sweeping shot of outer space—blazing sunlight, vibrant blue and red planets inching closer to the heat. Text flashes across the screen: "Coming with 2 Planets," and "Boys who will ignite your hearts are on their way," building excitement for the main event.
🌍 A shared universe, now with K & C Planets
The new show shares its core universe with Boys Planet, the show that gave rise to ZEROBASEONE (ZB1). This time, however, the scale has doubled—introducing two distinct planets: K and C.
Trainees chosen through fierce preliminary evaluations will be gathered from both sides to compete for a shot at debut. Their mission? To create a new K-pop boy group and write their journey from scratch.
