On May 13 (local time), the Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI) held its annual Pop Awards ceremony in Los Angeles, celebrating the most-played songs in the U.S. over the past year.
The BMI Pop Awards are one of the industry's most prestigious honors, dating back to 1952, and recognize top-performing songs across radio, TV, and live performances.

This year, 51 songs made the cut for Most Performed Songs of the Year, and both Jimin and Jungkook had two tracks each on the list—joining the ranks of Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, and more.
