G-Dragon just proved he's still king of the stage—this time in Japan. The K-pop legend drew an electrifying crowd of 80,000 fans at Kyocera Dome Osaka over two nights (May 25–26), completely selling out the venue—even the limited-view seats.
This stop on his world tour, G-DRAGON WORLD TOUR: WE:VEMENT, marked a high-tech evolution in his concert production. The show integrated cutting-edge tech—including AI features and special stage effects like butterfly-shaped lasers—all woven seamlessly with live band sound.
🐉 A Grand Solo Show, GD Style
For over two full hours, GD captivated the audience solo. He made a dramatic entrance on a "dragon bike", weaving through the crowd to kick off the night with his track TODAY, setting the tone for a night full of surprises and energy.
During TOO BAD, he amped up the crowd with an intense dance break, combining guitar-strumming gestures and mime-like choreography that showcased his performance artistry at its peak.
🎤 Fans Go Wild for Encore
Japanese fans showed their love during the encore by singing BIGBANG's 2008 hit Heaven as they waited for GD's return. Their impromptu singalong turned into a sea of voices chanting "G-Dragon," filling the dome with nostalgic passion.
