SEVENTEEN has once again conquered the Billboard charts. On June 9 (KST), Billboard unveiled its latest rankings (dated June 14), with SEVENTEEN's 5th full-length album HAPPY BURSTDAY landing at No. 2 on the Billboard 200.
This marks the group's third time reaching No. 2 on the Billboard 200, following their previous successes with FML and SEVENTEENTH Heaven. The feat ties their personal best on the main album chart.
π 9 Straight Billboard 200 Albums, 7 Straight Top 10s
Starting with their 8th mini-album Your Choice, SEVENTEEN has now placed nine consecutive albums on the Billboard 200. From Face the Sun to their latest release, seven albums in a row have entered the top 10 β proving their massive global fanbase and consistent impact.
π Dominating Global Charts + K-pop's Biggest Sales of 2025
HAPPY BURSTDAY has taken over worldwide charts, hitting No. 1 on the Worldwide iTunes Album Chart and major domestic rankings. It sold over 2.52 million copies in first-week sales, setting the highest K-pop album debut of 2025 so far.
In Japan, it topped the Oricon Weekly Combined Albums and Weekly Albums charts. In China, it led QQ Music's daily and weekly digital best-seller charts.
The title track Thunder also stormed the charts, reaching No. 1 on Bugs' real-time and daily charts, Melon's Top 100, and Circle Chart's digital ranking.
