SEVENTEEN continues their global music journey with a brand-new original soundtrack for a Japan-Korea joint drama.
🎬 'Where Love Passed' Set to Premiere with the Drama
On June 13, PLEDIS Entertainment announced that SEVENTEEN will sing Where Love Passed, the official OST for Japanese TBS drama Hatsukoi DOGs (初恋DOGs). The emotional track will be featured in the drama's first episode.
🎶 Heartfelt Sound Meets Powerful Vocals
The song blends soft piano melodies with layered guitar and SEVENTEEN's warm yet powerful vocals. Lyrically, it captures the longing for a past love—delicately echoing the drama's romantic tone.
🎼 Woozi Writes from the Heart
SEVENTEEN's Woozi participated in both composing and writing lyrics for the song. "I imagined how it would blend with the drama," he shared. "Listening to the music together with the story will deepen the emotional impact."
The other members expressed excitement as well: "When we first heard the track, it felt incredibly beautiful," they said. "We're curious how the vibe will change when paired with the drama's scenes."
🐾 About the Drama: Love, Dogs, and Unexpected Connections
Hatsukoi DOGs is a Japan-Korea collaboration co-produced by Korea's Studio Dragon and Japanese broadcaster TBS. The plot follows a prickly man and woman who unexpectedly fall in love—thanks to their shared bond over dogs.
Notably, Korean actor Na In-woo joins the cast in his first-ever Japanese drama role. He plays Soha, the charismatic son of a Korean chaebol caught in a love triangle.
