Eric also bowed his head in apology, writing, "We've hurt and disappointed you. I'm sincerely sorry." He added, "I'll do my best to make sure THE B never feels ashamed of loving THE BOYZ."
📝 "We remember where it all started"
Younghoon looked back on their debut day: "On December 6, 2017, I was amazed just seeing fans in front of us. That support is why I'm still here." He wrote, "I'm sorry you're tired and hurting. I'll lean on you, and I'll be someone you can lean on too."
Jacob added, "I know we've made you anxious and caused heartache. I've never taken your support for granted." He promised continued efforts through music and communication.
🎙 "We'll grow stronger and earn back your trust"
Juyeon said, "Today must have been so confusing. Thank you for still worrying about us and supporting us." He vowed to be a source of pride and strength for THE B moving forward.

Kevin wrote, "I know how much you care just by cheering us on. I'm truly sorry for making you feel burdened or sad due to everything else." He promised to focus on music and not let fans down again.
📣 Raw honesty and reflection
