On June 24, MBC revealed photos from the script reading for its new Friday-Saturday series Mary Kills People (written by Lee Soo-ah, directed by Park Joon-woo). The drama stars Lee Bo-young, Lee Min-ki, Kang Ki-young, and Baek Hyun-jin.
The story follows a physician who helps terminally ill patients end their suffering—and the detective who's determined to catch her. The show tackles the sensitive subject of assisted death with a suspenseful and emotional tone.
