FTISLAND Announces August Concert 'MAD HAPPY'—Choi Min-hwan to Rejoin as 3-Member Lineup

The full band returns to the stage for the first time since Min-hwan's hiatus.

FTISLAND is reuniting as a three-member lineup for their upcoming concert, 2025 FTISLAND LIVE MAD HAPPY. The band will perform live in Seoul on August 23–24 at the Blue Square Mastercard Hall (SOL Travel Hall).

🎤 The Full Trio Returns: Lee Hong-gi, Lee Jae-jin & Choi Min-hwan

FNC Entertainment confirmed the event on June 30 via official social media, stating:

"This concert will feature all three members—Lee Hong-gi, Lee Jae-jin, and Choi Min-hwan. Please keep this in mind when purchasing tickets."

This marks Choi Min-hwan's return to the stage after stepping back from activities in October 2024 due to personal controversies surrounding his divorce and child custody case with ex-wife Yulhee. Min-hwan previously denied allegations of any illegal conduct.

🎵 'MAD HAPPY'—A Title That Reflects Pure Joy

The name of the concert expresses the feeling of being "madly happy." According to FNC,

"For FTISLAND, true happiness is being on stage, performing in front of their fans."

The group last met domestic fans during FTISLAND LIVE PULSE in June 2024, where they showcased powerful vocals and seasoned stage presence. MAD HAPPY promises a continuation of that energy—with the added emotional impact of Min-hwan's return.
