ENHYPEN's Agency Takes Strong Legal Action After Sasaeng Fan Breaks Into Dorm

ENHYPEN's label has issued a firm warning against stalking and personal privacy violations—revealing that a fan who trespassed into the group's dorm was caught in the act and arrested.

🔒 Dorm Intrusion Incident Leads to Immediate Arrest

On June 30, BELIFT LAB shared a statement addressing multiple forms of fan misconduct including stalking, identity theft, doxxing, and malicious online behavior. The company emphasized that the mental and physical toll on the members has become too severe to ignore.

Most alarming was a recent incident involving a fan illegally entering the group's private residence and filming them without consent. The suspect was reported for violating Korea's anti-stalking and trespassing laws and was arrested on-site as a criminal in the act.

📲 Illegal Info Sharing and ID Theft Under Scrutiny

The agency also spotlighted ongoing issues with unauthorized access and distribution of members' personal information—including the buying and selling of private details through online channels, particularly in China. "These are not just violations—they're criminal acts that incite fear and anxiety," the agency said.

There will be zero tolerance: "We're strengthening our monitoring and will pursue both criminal and civil charges against all offenders, regardless of nationality."

🚫 Global Crackdown on Malicious Fans

BELIFT LAB made it clear that even international fans are not exempt from legal consequences. The agency noted that those with criminal records may face immigration penalties, including deportation or bans from entering Korea.

💬 Hate Comments, Harassment, and Event Cheating Also Targeted

The agency confirmed it has already filed lawsuits against netizens posting defamatory comments, sexual harassment, and fake news. It also warned against identity fraud in fan events—such as fake ID submissions—which could lead to legal penalties and permanent bans from future fan activities.

ENHYPEN's Protection Comes First

BELIFT LAB closed by thanking loyal fans (ENGENE) for their support and reaffirmed its dedication to protecting ENHYPEN's safety and dignity through decisive, continued legal measures.
