Yuna from ITZY is officially stepping into the world of acting, and she's starting strong—taking on the role of Park Shin-hye's younger sister in a retro office comedy.

On July 1, tvN confirmed that Yuna has been cast in the upcoming drama Miss Undercover Boss (working title), written by Moon Hyun-kyung and directed by Park Seon-ho. This marks her first official foray into acting following ITZY's recent comeback.

Miss Undercover Boss unfolds against the backdrop of the 1990s during the IMF crisis, combining corporate corruption and undercover missions with comedy. The story follows Hong Geum-bo (played by Park Shin-hye), a 35-year-old elite financial regulator who goes undercover as a 20-year-old high school grad at a suspicious securities firm.
