YG Entertainment has officially apologized after complaints about restricted views at BLACKPINK's recent concert.
🛑 Fans call out limited views at sold-out concert
On July 5–6, BLACKPINK held their DEADLINE world tour shows at Goyang Sports Complex Main Stadium — both nights sold out completely.
However, fans seated in the N3 section voiced concerns: a large LED screen obstructed their view of the stage, despite paying for standard B-category tickets (₩132,000), not restricted-view seats.
YG Entertainment responded on July 7, saying,
"We sincerely apologize to those seated in the N3 section who experienced viewing difficulties. We expanded the LED screens to improve visibility around the console area, but it caused unintended discomfort."
⚙️ Follow-up measures on the way
YG added, "We're currently processing the complaints from affected fans. Further steps will be announced through the ticketing platform."
🎤 Promise to improve future experiences
"We'll be more attentive to viewing conditions moving forward, and do our best to offer better concert experiences," YG concluded.
🌍 The world tour continues
BLACKPINK now heads to Los Angeles on July 12, followed by Chicago, New York, Toronto, Paris, Milan, and Barcelona.
