💥 The red line of desire is drawn.
Arin (OH MY GIRL), Lee Soo-hyuk, and Lee Da-hee step into the mysterious world of fantasy thriller S-Line, a Wavve original drama that explores hidden desires and human instincts.
🔴 What if your secret connections were visible to everyone?
One day, a mysterious red line appears above your head — connecting you to everyone you've had a physical relationship with. No secrets. No privacy. Everything is exposed.
Directed and written by Ahn Joo-young, S-Line unfolds a twisted fantasy where desires—raw, righteous, or rotten—drive the plot forward.
🎭 Arin sheds her idol image for a total transformation
Arin plays Shin Hyun-heup, a high schooler cursed with the ability to see everyone's S-Line. She lives in isolation until she's pulled into solving a serial murder case.
"I tried to hide the bright image people associate with OH MY GIRL," Arin shared. "I even kept myself in a downcast emotional state during filming. The members were shocked at how much I changed."
She even chopped her hair into a messy bob on set and minimized makeup to fully embody her hikikomori character.
💬 Lee Da-hee plays Hyun-heup's mysterious teacher
Lee Da-hee transforms into Gyu-jin, a seemingly warm and kind homeroom teacher. But as the story unfolds, her mysterious past is revealed, exposing unsettling sides behind the smile.
"I wanted to strip away the cold, chic image I've shown before," Lee Da-hee explained. "Even in her gentlest scenes, I added subtle chills to hint at what's to come."
🕵️ Lee Soo-hyuk takes on the role of detective Han Ji-wook
A tough but obsessed investigator, Ji-wook is said to have the most S-Lines of anyone in the story. Director Ahn joked,
"Only someone with Lee Soo-hyuk's visuals could make that believable."
🎬 More than a webtoon remake
Unlike the webtoon, not everyone can see the S-Line in this version — only Hyun-heup can see it naturally, while others need a special device. The drama blends standalone storylines with overarching character arcs, focusing on how desire distorts people.
🎶 Music plays a starring role too
S-Line was officially invited to the Cannes International Series Festival and became the first Korean series to win a music award.
Director Ahn said,
"We crafted a unique score for each character and arc. It's not your typical thriller soundtrack — it elevates the immersion."
🎉 Off-screen chemistry = on-screen magic
The cast praised each other's transformations. Arin said, "I first saw Da-hee sunbae on Queendom. She had a strong aura back then, but now I got to share real emotions with her."
Lee Da-hee added, "Arin was incredible in such an emotionally heavy role. And Soo-hyuk melted into Ji-wook perfectly."

S-Line premieres July 11 exclusively on Wavve.
