SUGA, Jimin, and Jungkook departed for Los Angeles on July 7, joining RM who arrived a day earlier. V will fly in from Paris after wrapping up his fashion week schedule.
🎤 BTS reunites in LA to craft their long-awaited full-group album
This marks BTS's official return to group album production. The members will stay in the U.S. for about two months, participating in a full-scale song camp — writing, producing, and shaping the album's concept together.
📀 First full-length album in 6 years
Their upcoming project is expected to be their first full studio album since MAP OF THE SOUL: 7 (2020).
RM teased fans, saying:
"It'll be massive. We're going to create something incredible — starting in LA and moving around for inspiration."
🎶 A global collab in the making
Members are expected to pitch their own ideas and collaborate with international producers. The target release is spring 2026 — a huge moment for fans who've waited patiently.
🌍 BTS members juggle solo careers before regrouping
- 🐿️ J-Hope will headline Lollapalooza in Germany on July 13, then join the team in LA.
- 🧑🚀 Jin is currently on his solo "Run Seokjin" fan concert tour. After stops in Osaka (July 12–13), the U.S. (from July 17), London (Aug 5–6), and Amsterdam (Aug 9–10), he'll head to LA as well.
🎧 Live album drops July 18
Before the comeback album, fans can enjoy Permission to Dance On Stage – Live, BTS's first full concert live album. The album drops July 18 at 1 PM KST and includes 22 powerful tracks from their global tour.
