K-pop legend Cho Yong-pil is returning to the stage with a historic solo concert—marking the 80th anniversary of Korea's liberation and his first KBS performance in nearly three decades.

On July 11, KBS officially announced its large-scale production "80th Liberation Anniversary Special: This Moment, Forever – Cho Yong-pil", confirming a long-awaited solo concert from the icon.
The concert will be held on September 6 at Gocheok Sky Dome, with all seats free of charge.
This performance marks Cho Yong-pil's first solo stage on KBS since 1997's "Big Show", making it a monumental return after 28 years. KBS noted that the network had been reaching out to Cho for years, hoping to make this moment a reality.
