G-DRAGON Postpones Thailand Concert Due to Extreme Heat—"Safety First"

G-DRAGON has postponed his highly anticipated Bangkok concert amid Thailand's record-breaking heat wave, prioritizing fan safety above all.

🌡️ Outdoor Show at Rajamangala Stadium Postponed Over Heat-Related Concerns

On July 11, G-DRAGON's agency Galaxy Corporation announced the postponement of the WE AER MANSHI world tour stop scheduled for August 2 at Rajamangala National Stadium in Bangkok.

"We regret to inform you that the Bangkok concert has been postponed due to unexpected circumstances," the company stated.

Thailand has been experiencing unprecedented heatwaves, with many cases of heat-related illness reported. The agency emphasized that this decision was made considering the outdoor nature of the venue and the well-being of all attendees.

🙏 Apology to Fans, Promise of a Rescheduled Date

"We sincerely apologize to fans who were looking forward to the show," the statement continued. "We ask for your understanding that this decision was made with your health and safety in mind."

While the concert has been temporarily postponed, the agency reassured fans that plans for a rescheduled date and venue are already underway, aiming to avoid the peak of summer and monsoon season.

🌍 G-DRAGON's World Tour Continues in Taiwan, Malaysia, and Beyond

G-DRAGON kicked off his WE AER MANSHI world tour in Seoul this past March. Following his performances in Taiwan (July 11–13), the tour will continue across Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, the U.S., and France, among other locations.

The agency added, "Both the artist and our team are preparing to create a memorable and extraordinary experience for fans when the show returns."
