Netflix's hit K-zombie survival series is back with more thrills, more bites, and new characters.
🧟♂️ K-Zombie Mayhem Returns with Bigger Scale
The much-anticipated Season 2 of All of Us Are Dead (지금 우리 학교는) is officially in production, and Netflix unveiled the cast lineup on July 23.
The new season expands the original universe, as a mutated zombie virus spreads throughout Seoul, taking the story beyond Hyosan High.
👀 Fan-Favorite Survivors Are Back
Original cast members are returning to spark another global phenomenon:
- Park Ji-hoo reprises her role as On-jo, the brave survivor of the Hyosan High outbreak. But peace doesn't last long as new chaos erupts.
- Yoon Chan-young returns as Cheong-san, whose fate was left uncertain in Season 1. His comeback raises the biggest question: "Is Cheong-san really alive?"
- Cho Yi-hyun is back as Nam-ra, the half-zombie (also known as a "hambie") whose ambiguous ending left fans wanting more.
- Lomon once again plays Su-hyeok, still holding on to his feelings for Nam-ra.
🌟 New Characters Join the Fight
Several fresh faces are joining the chaos:
- Lee Min-jae plays Maru, On-jo's college senior.
- Kim Si-eun appears as Joo-ran, the social queen who runs between clubs and the student council.
- Roh Jae-won takes on the role of Han Doo-seok, a National Intelligence Service team leader.
- Yoon Ga-yi is cast as Jong-a, a college student known for her blunt honesty.
🌍 Global Phenomenon Continues
Season 1 told the intense story of students trapped in a zombie-infested high school, and it became a global hit — topping Netflix's non-English TV Top 10 worldwide.
Season 2 promises to raise the stakes with a wider setting, evolved threats, and deeper character arcs.
The series is now officially in production, with a release date yet to be announced.
