YoonA and Sung Dong-il are teaming up to deliver a unique father-daughter dynamic on screen.
🎬 A devilish duo with heart
On July 25, the production team behind the upcoming film The Devil Has Moved In (directed by Lee Sang-geun) unveiled new stills featuring the two leads — YoonA as Seon-ji and Sung Dong-il as her father, Jang-soo.
At first glance, they look like your everyday warmhearted father-daughter pair. But there's a twist: Jang-soo's expression suggests a man who's been through it all — hiding Seon-ji's chilling secret. Why? Because every night at dawn, Seon-ji transforms… into a demon.
The stills capture both Jang-soo's helpless concern and his unwavering love for his daughter, painting a touching portrait of parental devotion in the face of chaos.
🌟 YoonA joins Sung Dong-il's iconic "daughters" legacy
Following in the footsteps of Jung Eun-ji, Go Ara, and Hyeri from tvN's Reply series, YoonA is now the latest actress to play Sung Dong-il's on-screen daughter — a role that always comes with fan-favorite chemistry.
"I felt honored to be included in that beloved 'lineage' of his daughters," said YoonA. "He always made me feel at ease, and every scene we did together was truly enjoyable to shoot."
Sung Dong-il returned the praise, calling YoonA "a junior who not only brightens the set with her presence, but also approaches difficult shoots with joy and positivity."
