I'LL-IT to Debut in Japan on September 1 with Gen Z-Focused Collab Tracks

I'LL-IT is making moves in Japan! The rookie girl group is officially set to debut in Japan on September 1 with their first Japanese single Toki Yo Tomare (時よ止まれ)—and they're teaming up with trending local artists to win over the 1020 generation.

🎧 4-Track Single Featuring Gen Z Sounds

According to their agency BELIFT LAB, the upcoming single includes:

  • Title track Toki Yo Tomare
  • Topping, a pre-date crush anthem
  • Japanese version of Borrowed Cat (their mini 3rd album title track)
  • Fan-favorite Almond Chocolate

🌸 Japanese Singer-Songwriter Murasaki Ima Joins In

The title track is a disco-pop number about capturing a glittering moment in youth. The lyrics were penned by Murasaki Ima, a rising artist known for her 2024 viral hit "Masyo no Onna A". Her rhythmic, addictive style has already taken over global short-form platforms.

🍓 'Topping' Written by NOA
Topping explores the fluttery emotions of a girl before her first date. It was written and composed by NOA, known for the viral TikTok sensation "Zenhoui Bishoujo (全方位美少女)".

🎥 Targeting Short-Form Power Users

With I'LL-IT already dubbed a "short-form powerhouse," the collaboration with Murasaki Ima and NOA is designed to appeal directly to Japan's TikTok-savvy teens and twenty-somethings.
